Jacklin, Bill: Bill Jacklin is a graphic artist and painter who paints in the style of the French Impressionists of the 1860's. His paintings are blurred figments of poor eyesight that show everyday scenes, like PROCESSIONE I, which is a view of a crowd of people crossing an arched bridge from the point of view of a camera mounted on a street lamp. The artist is currently living.
